TNTP’s Indianapolis Teaching Fellows (ITF), launched in 2007, has propelled more than 600 educators into the classroom. Teachers work toward earning a master’s degree while teaching in the classroom.
Relay Graduate School of Education (GSE) is the newest teacher preparation program to call Indy home. They began training teachers in fall 2019, utilizing a residency model where teacher residents spend their first year in the classroom learning from a master teacher before leading a classroom during their second year of the program, all while pursuing master’s level coursework.
